We are looking for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks – both practical and theoretical – and who wants to be part of the development of tomorrow’s technology. We are currently seeking test cell engineers for our facilities in Södertälje and Haninge.

In the role of test cell engineer, you will work closely with both technology and customers. Your main tasks include:
- Preparation, installation, and monitoring of test objects
- Calibration, service, and maintenance of test objects and test cells
- Quality assurance and analysis of test data
- Configuration of measurement systems – both hardware and software
- Systematic troubleshooting and documentation
- Practical work with test objects and testing equipment
- Goods handling and logistics
- Identification and reporting of deviations
- Daily contact and collaboration with customers
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
- The ability to work both independently and in a team
- A strong desire to develop and learn new things
- Experience in practical mechanical work with vehicles, machines, or similar
- An understanding of the importance of following processes and routines, but also the ability to solve problems independently
- A quality-conscious approach to work and an interest in improvement work
- Good technical understanding of powertrains
- The ability to communicate clearly in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing
- The ability to work according to shift schedules (2-, 3-, or 4-shift)
- A valid driver’s license (requirement)
Meritorious:
- Post-secondary education in a relevant technical field
- Experience in testing or development in a controlled environment
